Force Sensors

Force sensors convert the quantity of force into relevant electrical signals. Force sensors can detect tension, pressure, weight, torque, internal stress and strain and even other mechanical quantities. Specific devices include metal strain gauges, pressure sensors, etc., which have become core components in power equipment, construction machinery, various working machines and industrial automation systems. Force sensors are mainly composed of three parts: force sensitive elements (i.e. elastomer, common materials are aluminum alloy, alloy steel and stainless steel), conversion elements (such as resistance strain gauge), circuit parts (generally enameled wire, PCB board, etc.).
