Key Responsibilities

- Expand high-value customer relationships and identify key market opportunities.

- Lead end-to-end sales initiatives, from pricing strategy to contract negotiation and deal closure.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, quality, and technical teams to ensure superior service delivery.

- Maintain long-term client partnerships and offer customized solutions to deepen engagement.

- Analyze market intelligence and competitive dynamics to support strategic decisions.

- Represent WIN SOURCE at global exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.

- Mentor and guide sales team members, fostering a high-performance and learning-driven culture.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above (Electronics Engineering, Marketing, or Business preferred)

- At least 3 years of sales experience; international business experience is a plus

- Proficient in English for daily communication; multilingual ability is a strong plus.

- Proven record of success in customer acquisition, negotiation, and revenue growth

- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills

- Agile, results-oriented, and globally aware

- Highly passionate and committed to global market development and value creation, with a global mindset to drive sustainable growth and collaboration
